"Chance" View pedigree K9data Chance was our introduction to the show world. The Bedford family had been introduced to obedience throught the training of Sonny Crockett but we had not ventured into the conformation ring. Our mentor had a 10 month old pup come back and Rob wanted him. The deal was struck, and Rob joined the world of conformation and Junior Showmanship. And God made sure we were stuck tight. The second weekend of showing, after Rob was cut from the Junior's ring, he took Chance to a Group I after going BOB from the classes. We were so green to the sport, we didn't know how rare that was. Chance showed versatility too; besides going from conformation to the Juniors ring with Rob, he also competed in the obedience ring and in field with Joanna. He earned a CDX, JH and WCX titles, awarding him a versatilty certificate from the GRCA. |
